Compared to double wishbone suspensions, strut suspensions have fewer components, so the geometry changes greatly with changes in vehicle height, which tends to cause handling and ride comfort to deteriorate when lowered. You want to lower the car to improve sports performance, but you don't want to lose natural handling. So we changed the height of the ball joints, brought the lower arm angle closer to the state before lowering, corrected the geometry, and achieved natural handling.

The Zero Bump Steer Kit corrects the angle of the lower arm and inputs cornering force to the vehicle body at the appropriate arm angle, suppressing self-bump and increasing roll rigidity. The Zero Bump Prod End corrects the angle of the tie rod to achieve a natural steering feel.

Package arrived promptly and the new B pipe was well protected in bubble wrap inside the factory spoon packaging. The first thing i noticed was the quality of the welds, then the serialised Spoon plaque, and the genuine honda gasket and spring bolt kit which is included. Fitment was straight forward with the right tools, and the spoon piece aligned perfectly with the standard cat and Spoon N1 backbox. The noise i would describe as OEM++. No drone at motorway speeds but in the vtec band it has that raspy race note. Perfect for around town but still fun in the higher rev range when you want to hear your Honda scream.

I rate it 5/5 and would recommend as a replacement for those sadly corroding factory B pipes.

Spoon brake calipers for my EK9

Always wanted to do this modification and now I got the chance as I got some discount. Fitted the new spoon calipers with my friend. Not a direct fit as it says. You have to cut the back plate. Plus if you have standard brake lines. You have to bolt the caliper first then the brake line. If you have standard brake pads. The back one has to have the lugs shaved down. If you have the tools it's easy enough. Took around 3-4hours to fit and bleed. What a transformation though to the feel of the braking. I would recommend these to anyone thinking about it. But take note you will need something to cut and shave metal.
