You can pay online using all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. In-store payments also accept gift vouchers. If you have any concerns, please Contact our Customer Service Team

Please contact Customer Service immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Please add parts@torque-gt.com to your safe senders list to ensure you receive our emails. If you still don't receive a response, please contact Customer Service.

The stock message is also shown beneath each product on the basket page. In stock products are available for immediate despatch however delivery times vary depending on type of products and service selected. For more information on the status of your order please contact our customer service team.

This depends on the stock availability and courier service selected. If all items are in stock and the order is placed before 2pm, then we aim to ship it that day, meaning you should receive it within 1-2 working days. If an item on your order has a lead time, we'll contact you to discuss the lead time before processing the order.

Tracking numbers rely on the delivery agents updating their systems so please allow up to one working day for the tracking number to be updated. If after this period the tracking number is still not working please contact our customer service team.

Once we have processed the refund it will usually take 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account. This may vary depending on your bank.
