The Spoon Sports Lowering Springs fit the Honda Civic Type R FL5. Spoon Sports tested these progressive springs on Japanese circuits and roads. A 10% higher spring rate sharpens cornering while an irregular-pitched, barrel-shaped design keeps street comfort.

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
