Spoon Sports progressive lowering springs suit the FK8 Civic Type R and work with the car's adaptive dampers. They sharpen turn-in and tighten body control while keeping the ride settled on rough surfaces.

Easy and straightforward to fit along as you’ve got the original arch liner clips as it screws into them. If the liner clips it screws into have broken like mine was, you can get some square Toyota arch liner clips on eBay that fit.
