Spoon Sports developed this front anti-roll bar for the Civic Type R FL5 to improve cornering performance and straight-line stability. You can adjust it between two stiffness rates, 130% and 136% of stock, to suit city driving through to the circuit.

Key Features:

  • Two selectable stiffness rates of 130% and 136% relative to stock.
  • Includes replacement D-bushes.

Please note: Spoon Sports sell the adjustable drop links (part number 51302-FL5-000) separately, for owners who lower the front by more than 40mm or use the link mounting holes at 136%.

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
