The Spoon Sports Aluminium Radiator for the Civic Type R EK9 is an all-aluminium two-layer radiator that keeps its standard shape and fits alongside the air conditioning.

Key Features:

  • All-aluminium two-layer core
  • Core thickness of 35mm, up from 10mm, for around 40% more cooling
  • Same shape as the standard radiator
  • Includes a Spoon Sports radiator cap

Fitting notes:

  • Use an SEP radiator hose to stop the hose sticking at high revs, which comes from water pump compatibility
  • Pair it with a thermoswitch and thermostat

Fits the following vehicles:

  • Honda Civic EK (1996-2000)
  • Honda Civic Type R EK9 (1997-2000)

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
