The Spoon Sports 2-ply metal head gasket suits engine overhaul and tuning on the FD2 and CL7 K20A. At 0.46mm it runs thin, and a higher crown surface volume ratio builds torque at low and mid-range speeds. It seals better than the OEM gasket and holds its durability.

Fits the following vehicles:

  • Honda Accord Euro R CL7 (2002-2008)
  • Honda Civic Type R FD2 (2007-2011)

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
