- Description
Developed by Spoon Sports, the Japanese Honda tuning specialists, Rigid Collars are precision-machined aluminium rings that lock your subframe to the chassis. Factories drill the subframe bolt holes oversized so components drop in fast on the production line, and that clearance stays for the life of the car. It leaves the subframe sitting a fraction off centre, dulling steering response and letting vibration through the floor.
Fit a set and the bolts centre where the engineers intended. The car feels tighter from the first drive, with sharper turn-in and a more settled ride. They bolt on with hand tools and come off again the same way, so there is no welding or cutting.
