Genuine Honda crank pulley as found on the FD2 Civic Type R. These can become worn out over time or chipped, throwing them out of balance.

Whilst these are an OEM FD2 part, they are also usable on the FN2 Civic, weighing about 200 grams less than the OEM item. Being smaller, they will also need a replacement auxiliary belt. If you have A/C fitted, please use 7PK1633.
