The Eventuri FK2 V3 Oversized Carbon Turbo Tube is an advanced performance upgrade specifically engineered for the Honda Civic Type R FK2 2.0T K20C1 (2015-2016). Designed to eliminate the airflow restrictions present in the OEM turbo inlet tube, the V3 features a significantly larger internal volume and optimized flow path to enhance turbo efficiency and power delivery.
Constructed entirely from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber—eschewing fiberglass for a superior internal finish—this turbo tube ensures smoother airflow into the turbocharger. The V3 design increases the cross-sectional area by over 53% compared to the stock 63mm tube, featuring an inlet diameter of 78mm at the intake end that increases to 88mm.
The carbon fiber construction offers superior thermal insulation compared to the OEM cast aluminum tube, minimizing heat transfer from the hot engine bay and turbo flange to the incoming air charge. This thermal isolation is further augmented by a custom silicone coupler with a thermal barrier spacer ring separating the carbon tube from the CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum turbo flange. This meticulous engineering ensures lower intake air temperatures and a more consistent boost performance.
