Featuring an all new, non welded one-piece structure made using a lost-wax casting method, a far greater level of durability is achieved compared to more traditional weld-assembled structure.
Despite taking longer and being more costly to make, the lost-wax process produces a manifold that does not suffer the same cracking and leaking issues as a welded manifold.
On top of this, the design maximises turbo efficiency, with smooth merging angles to minimise exhaust interference.
