Please Note:

• Only suitable for MX5 VVT,natrually aspirated 1.8L models made between 2001-2005,with manual transmission and 72 pin ECU,and non-VVT Mazdaspeed Turbo 1.8L.
• This Plug-in features a new 4 pin powered CAN connector and cannot use the old CANPCB cable for CAN connection. Use the CANJST4 (Link PN 101-0198) cable for connecting CAN devices. This new 4 pin port and cable provide not only the CAN connection,but also a protected 12V power supply and ground for powering the CAN devices. The power supply is protected by a self-resetting fuse rated at 3A continuous.

Now upgraded with Links latest G4X platform, the plugin ECU range has a much faster microprocessor, high speed communications chip and 512 megabytes of data logging across the entire range.

Compared to the older G4+ ECUs, ALL G4X ECUs feature:

A faster Micro controller – meaning your engine will run smoother, accelerate faster and act more responsively

An upgraded Communications Chip –  sees download speeds 16 x faster than G4+

512 Megabytes of data logging – this is over 100x the size of prior Link ECUs

Installation is a breeze with no alteration of the factory wiring loom required. A built-in connector (or pins in some models) provides additional inputs and outputs such as oil pressure inputs or anti-lag/logging switches.

Includes on-board 7 bar MAP sensor.
