The Idle Air Control Valve, more commonly known as the IACV, is responsible for controlling the engine idle speed by regulating the amount of air entering.

A common fault with many K20 series engines is this valve sticking, causing the engine revs to hunt up and down, or stall entirely.

Each valve assembly includes the necessary gasket.
