Pro Honda MTF3 Gearbox Oil

Specially developed using the latest in oil technology, Honda's MTF-3 oil should be your first and only choice when replacing transmission fluid. Honda generally advise replacing every 50-75,000 miles, however we generally recommend replacing every 20-25,000 miles in Type R's and other high performance Honda's.
MTF-3 meets GL-4 spec an is 75w-80 viscosity. K20 gearboxes in particular are well known to become 'notchy' over time. In certain cases, fresh MTF-3 can dramatically improve the shift stroke.
- Most B-Series Honda gearboxes require 2.5 litres
- Most K-series gearboxes taking 2 litres
- Newer K20C (FK2/FK8/FL5) boxes require 2.2 Litres
