Launched in 2015, the S660 is a very rare sight outside of Japan. Thankfully, we’ve been making the dream of owning one in the UK a reality!

From the factory the S660 comes in a variety of colours. What’s more, with a vast array of accessories available from the likes of Mugen and HKS, you can truly express your personality and create something brilliantly unique!

As an Alpha model, it benefits from a more premium specification including cruise control, stainless steel sports pedals, a leather steering wheel and supportive sports seats finished in a part leather and part Alcantara combination, all tied together with contrast stitching throughout the interior. Carbon fibre effect trim across the cabin further enhances the S660’s sporty feel.

Most importantly for driving enthusiasts, this example features the desirable six speed manual gearbox, allowing you to fully enjoy the S660’s lightweight, mid engine driving experience.

This car also benefits from a few tasteful upgrades. A set of RAYS CE28 alloys contrast beautifully against the pearl white paintwork, also featuring a vented Mugen bonnet and Showa Tuning suspension.

Package arrived promptly and the new B pipe was well protected in bubble wrap inside the factory spoon packaging. The first thing i noticed was the quality of the welds, then the serialised Spoon plaque, and the genuine honda gasket and spring bolt kit which is included. Fitment was straight forward with the right tools, and the spoon piece aligned perfectly with the standard cat and Spoon N1 backbox. The noise i would describe as OEM++. No drone at motorway speeds but in the vtec band it has that raspy race note. Perfect for around town but still fun in the higher rev range when you want to hear your Honda scream.

I rate it 5/5 and would recommend as a replacement for those sadly corroding factory B pipes.

Spoon brake calipers for my EK9

Always wanted to do this modification and now I got the chance as I got some discount. Fitted the new spoon calipers with my friend. Not a direct fit as it says. You have to cut the back plate. Plus if you have standard brake lines. You have to bolt the caliper first then the brake line. If you have standard brake pads. The back one has to have the lugs shaved down. If you have the tools it's easy enough. Took around 3-4hours to fit and bleed. What a transformation though to the feel of the braking. I would recommend these to anyone thinking about it. But take note you will need something to cut and shave metal.
