We’re huge fans of the superb FD2 Civic Type R. As the true successor to the DC5 Integra Type R, its chassis is beyond impressive, and when paired with a limited-slip differential, it delivers handling that can only be described as awe-inspiring.

The FD2 Type R features Honda’s legendary K20A engine, producing 222 hp with a redline of approximately 9,000 rpm.

This 2009 facelift FD2 is finished in Crystal Black and has covered 72,310 miles from new. Imported and supplied by Torque GT for a personal import customer in August 2016, it remains in excellent condition inside and out.

The FD2 CTR commands attention as a revered JDM saloon, combining sharp styling with performance heritage. Its Crystal Black paint is complemented by factory gunmetal grey wheels, giving it a bold yet refined look, while details like the Brembo brakes, wind deflectors, and diamond-shaped taillights add to its distinctive appeal.

The Hybrid Racing Formula induction kit is of a very high quality, everything that you need is in the box, and my first impressions after fitting and driving my car for a short distance is that it has improved the sound immensely and given the car more power. Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
