T7Design Honda K20/K24 Billet Timing Chain Tensioner Cover
T7Design billet Timing Chain Tensioner Cover is a direct replacement for the OEM pressed steel part which are prone to rusting and can easily bend when being removed. Checking your timing chain tensioner should be done on a more regular basis if you are running aggressive cams or just want peace of mind, this cover uses an O-Ring to seal against the Cam Chain Cover allowing you to remove it time and time again without having to deal with messy sealant.
Designed using our in-house metrology grade laser scanner to ensure perfect fitment.
Will fit all versions of the K20 and K24 engines.

Begin by removing the old steel Tensioner Cover using a thin screwdriver to prize the OEM cover off the Cam Chain Cover. Use a sharp knife or scraper to remove all of the old Hondabond from the mounting surface. Install the O-Ring into the new Billet Tensioner Cover and install onto the Cam Chain Cover, do up the 3x bolts to 12 Nm (8.7 lb/ft) of torque and your done!
