Under hard cornering, lateral G can pull oil away from the pickup and starve the engine of pressure. The Spoon Sports baffled oil pan for the CR-Z (ZF1) adds baffle plates to a genuine Honda sump to hold the oil near the pickup.

Key Features:

  • Baffle plates fitted to a genuine Honda sump.
  • Includes a replacement sump gasket and a HAMP oil filter.

Please note: Spoon Sports recommends this sump for regular track use.

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
