Spoon Sports Rear Strut Tower Bar, for Honda Civic EG6 / EK4 / EK9 and Integra DC2 / DB8

A rear strut tower bar that ties the boot-side damper tops together to reduce body flex.

Spoon Sports developed this rear strut tower bar to join the top of the rear dampers inside the boot. That raises rigidity and reduces body creaking and flex. Spoon says handling shifts slightly towards oversteer. Fitting needs a little trimming of the interior lining with a cutter.

Spoon sports rear strut bar EK9

Easy enough to fit. Just got to measure up for the access holes you have to cut with a 80mm whole cutter attachment for a drill. Then the stands go in and patiently get the bolts back on. Then tighten with a 14mm ratchet. Then place the bar in and done. I Google translated the instructions. Image on this review.

Fits perfect. Small hands need for access wholes to get to the bolt once holes are cut. But easy enough to fit
