The Spoon Sports 3mm inner wheel spacer is made for fitting Spoon Twin Block calipers to cars with 4x100 PCD hubs.
Part number 45250-T03AL provides a small amount of extra clearance on the inside of the wheel when you fit Twin Block calipers, so the wheel sits properly over the new brake hardware.
