SpeedFactory Racing Tucked Radiator B-Series w/ 32mm - Radiator With Shroud/Fan Kit

The SpeedFactory Racing Aluminium Tucked Radiator is a must have when trying to utilize precious engine bay space in your Honda/Acura vehicle. These radiators are more efficient than your OEM radiator with a dual row core and dual pass design.

The radiator tanks are CAD designed and formed from H-3 5052 aluminium and the shroud features our CNC engraved logo. Each radiator assembly is professionally TIG welded and pressure tested for quality assurance.

Recommended for street, track, and show applications.

- Available with 32mm inlet/outlet (for standard radiator hoses) or -16AN male fittings
- Radiator drain fitting is -6AN ORB (O-Ring Boss)
- Dual SPAL 7.5" cooling fans and integrated 1-piece aluminium fan shroud 
- (2) 3/16" thick aluminium mounting tabs
- Overall dimensions: 24" wide x 9.5" tall x 5.5" thick (Includes fan shroud and fans)

Outlet Locations:

B/D/H/F - Outlets will be on the back right side of the radiator.
K/J - Outlets will be on the back left side of the radiator.

Installation:

Drilling for the mounting holes (and in some applications cutting of the radiator support) is necessary for installation.

**NOTE** The mounting tabs do not come with holes drilled in them because many applications will need to have the holes drilled in slightly different locations. Radiator MUST be rubber mounted to permit the radiator to move as a body independent of the vehicle to protect it from vibration, strain, racking, or twist which will cause leaks to develop at the tube/header joint.

AN hose fitting configuration recommendations are as follows:

B Series Cylinder Head:

• Thermostat Housing - 45 Degree Fitting 
• Bottom of Radiator - 45 Degree Fitting
• Filler Neck - 45 Degree Fitting
• Top of Radiator - 45 Degree Fitting 

K-Series Engines:

• Thermostat Housing - 45 Degree Fitting
• Bottom of Radiator - 90 Degree Fitting
• Filler Neck - 45 Degree Fitting
• Top of Radiator - 45 Degree Fitting
