The Spoon Sports low temperature thermostat starts opening at 68C and is fully open at 83C, sooner than the genuine Honda part, which starts opening at 78C and is fully open at 90C.

Opening earlier and reaching full flow at a lower coolant temperature helps keep the engine cooler on track.

Easy and straightforward to fit along as you’ve got the original arch liner clips as it screws into them. If the liner clips it screws into have broken like mine was, you can get some square Toyota arch liner clips on eBay that fit.
