Spoon Sports Carbon Air Duct, for Honda Civic Type R FK8

The Spoon Sports Carbon Air Duct for the Honda Civic Type R FK8 lowers intake temperature and raises air density for better engine efficiency.

Spoon Sports developed it through track use, including a class win. An FRP scoop inside the front grille draws in fresh air and a prepreg carbon/Kevlar duct plate carries it to the air cleaner box.

  • Carbon/Kevlar duct plate: prepreg plate carries fresh air to the air cleaner box.
  • Cooler outside air: the scoop's position at the front of the grille takes air the radiator has not heated.

Easy and straightforward to fit along as you’ve got the original arch liner clips as it screws into them. If the liner clips it screws into have broken like mine was, you can get some square Toyota arch liner clips on eBay that fit.
