The Eventuri Carbon Intake System for the Mercedes W205/X205 C63 and C63S AMG variants is an expertly engineered performance upgrade designed to optimize airflow, reduce intake temperatures, and significantly increase the power output of the M177 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine. Developed through extensive real-world testing and advanced flow simulation analysis, this intake system moves beyond traditional air filters by offering a fully sealed solution.
The system replaces the restrictive factory airboxes with bespoke components fabricated from high-grade prepreg carbon fiber. Each intake system is comprised of two Carbon Fiber Airbox Lids with Turbo Inlet Transitions, two Carbon Fiber Airbox Bases with Inlet Duct Transitions, two Carbon Fiber Inlet Ducts, two Bespoke High Flow Panel Filters, and CNC-machined aluminum filter flanges and rubber mount holders. The design objective focuses on achieving maximum flow rate and smooth airflow transition to the turbos, resulting in a substantial increase in volumetric efficiency compared to the stock airbox system, which flows 381 CFM per airbox compared to the Eventuri system's average of 531 CFM per airbox.
