Tein's most affordable coilover suspension, Street Basis Z offers adjustable vehicle ride height at an unbeatable price point. By utilising your vehicle's standard top mounts, these kits are super cost effective whilst maintaining both the quality and performance you'd expect from Tein suspension.

Compared to mono tube suspension, Street Basis is twin tube, meaning it attains a longer stroke with a smaller repulsive force, resulting in excellent high ride comfort.

Key Features:

  • Fixed (non-adjustable) damping
  • Ride-height adjustment
  • Twin-tube design for improved ride comfort
  • Uses your OE top mounts (not included) for value

Lowering Specification:

  • Spring rate (Front / Rear): 6 / 8 kgf/mm
  • Ride height drop: Front -45mm, Rear -50mm

Fits the following vehicles:

  • Honda Civic EM2 (2001-2005)

Fitment Notes: 2-door/4-cylinder/includes 04-05. Front: left-hand has left-hand threads. Be sure to tighten in the correct (anticlockwise) direction. (spring seat and lock).

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.
