Mono Sport is Tein's ultimate road and track coilover, offering all the performance of a track focussed coilover with the compliance of a road setup. The Mono tube structure separates the oil and gas chambers, preventing aeration. This keeps the damping force linear, reacting to the finest changes in road surface.

Combined with full length ride height adjustment and 16 level damping force adjustment, Mono Sport offers excellent flexibility in any situation, regardless of whether youre on road or track.

Lowering Specification:

  • Spring rate (Front / Rear): 5 / 10 kgf/mm

Standard ride-height drop varies by exact model/year:

  • Toyota Mr2 SW20 (1989-1999): Front -35mm, Rear -35mm
  • Toyota Mr2 SW20 (1990-1999): Front -35mm, Rear -35mm
  • Toyota Mr2 SW20L (1990-1999): Front -40mm, Rear -40mm

Fitment Notes: On Type I vehicle (oct 1989 - nov 1991), clearance between bottom of shock absorber and vehicle body might be narrow and there might be some interference, due to individual difference.

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.
