Mono Sport is Tein's ultimate road and track coilover, offering all the performance of a track focussed coilover with the compliance of a road setup. The Mono tube structure separates the oil and gas chambers, preventing aeration. This keeps the damping force linear, reacting to the finest changes in road surface.

Combined with full length ride height adjustment and 16 level damping force adjustment, Mono Sport offers excellent flexibility in any situation, regardless of whether youre on road or track.

Lowering Specification:

  • Spring rate (Front / Rear): 9 / 7 kgf/mm

Standard ride-height drop varies by exact model/year:

  • Subaru Impreza GDA (2000-2002): Front -50mm, Rear -35mm
  • Subaru Impreza GDA (2002-2007): Front -50mm, Rear -35mm
  • Subaru Impreza GDA (2002-2003): Front -55mm, Rear -25mm
  • Subaru Impreza GDA (2003-2007): Front -50mm, Rear -35mm
  • Subaru Impreza GDA (2004-2007): Front -50mm, Rear -35mm

Fitment Notes: Pay extra attention to the ABS harness tension at the full-bump, when adjusting the rear case length. Avoid setting rear spring seat below 160mm, to prevent interference with tyre.

Awesome upgrade over the standard bushes. This together with a Hybrid Racing V2 short shifter completely transformed the shifter in the EP3. The bushes are quick and easy to fit as well. Defo recommended.
