PFF76-923BLK Upper Gearbox Mount Insert is an affordable and easy-to-fit bush insert made from our Black 95A Durometer high-performance material, which works to significantly stiffen the OEM upper gearbox mounting for performance on the race circuit or the rally stage. This reduces twist of the engine under acceleration and during gear changes, giving the pedals a more direct feel, as well as reducing wheel-hop and letting you get the power down that little bit quicker. We recommend fitting PFF76-923BLK alongside the other Yaris GR powertrain inserts (PFF76-920BLK & PFF76-925BLK), as they perform much more effectively as a full set. There will be an increase in NVH when fitting Black series inserts.

Package arrived promptly and the new B pipe was well protected in bubble wrap inside the factory spoon packaging. The first thing i noticed was the quality of the welds, then the serialised Spoon plaque, and the genuine honda gasket and spring bolt kit which is included. Fitment was straight forward with the right tools, and the spoon piece aligned perfectly with the standard cat and Spoon N1 backbox. The noise i would describe as OEM++. No drone at motorway speeds but in the vtec band it has that raspy race note. Perfect for around town but still fun in the higher rev range when you want to hear your Honda scream.

I rate it 5/5 and would recommend as a replacement for those sadly corroding factory B pipes.

Spoon brake calipers for my EK9

Always wanted to do this modification and now I got the chance as I got some discount. Fitted the new spoon calipers with my friend. Not a direct fit as it says. You have to cut the back plate. Plus if you have standard brake lines. You have to bolt the caliper first then the brake line. If you have standard brake pads. The back one has to have the lugs shaved down. If you have the tools it's easy enough. Took around 3-4hours to fit and bleed. What a transformation though to the feel of the braking. I would recommend these to anyone thinking about it. But take note you will need something to cut and shave metal.
