The theme continues in the cabin with branded door plates, subtle Ralliart labels on the seats and racey red and white dials.
The Ralliart badges suggest this is no run-of-the-mill Colt... this is a hatch with performance at the top of its agenda! Overall stiffer than a normal Colt, the chassis is reinforced by doubling the number of spot welds, adding strut tower bars on the A-pillars, rear corner braces, uprated suspension joints and shocks that keep the car planted through the corners.
Running a 1500cc Mivec Turbo engine the power delivery is like a scaled down Evo, 3500rpm and in comes the turbo punch! Sending power to the front wheels and only weighing 1110kg's, the 163bhp is more than plenty to get up to some mischief... yes, it's not in the same league as modern 300bhp hatches but it's nowhere near as expensive nor heavy for that matter!
