The genuine head cover is made of resin, but it has been given a special SPOON red paint job, a technique that has been passed down from previous Civic models. This
allows you to subtly modify the engine bay, which may look a little plain in its standard state, to be more sporty.

*Please be careful of paint peeling on protruding parts when removing and installing the genuine engine cover.

Nice upgrade!

I have a 2025 FL5 and wanted to hear the turbo sounds more, but didn’t want to mess up my warranty, or having insurance issues fitting a carbon airbox or induction kit. This just fits in really easily in a couple of minutes, anyone could do it and really makes a difference! Turn the engine sounds into the comfort setting and away you go! You can now really hear the turbo building up pressure and then dumping it when you lift off. Even more so with the windows open a bit. It’s quite entertaining!

Easy enough to fit. Just got to measure up for the access holes you have to cut with a 80mm whole cutter attachment for a drill. Then the stands go in and patiently get the bolts back on. Then tighten with a 14mm ratchet. Then place the bar in and done. I Google translated the instructions. Image on this review.
