We are pleased to announce the completion of the Hondata Flash Pro engine ECU tuning tool for the S660 (JW5). Flash Pro completes ECU tuning simply by installing the pre-tuned calibration data (Flash Pro data). It is also an excellent tuning tool that allows for on-vehicle setup tailored to your specific car.

Available Calibration Stages

Three types of pre-tuned data are available as standard, each with optimized fuel mixture and ignition timing for unique characteristics:

  • Stage 1 — Maintains boost pressure equivalent to stock while canceling the throttle control (a measure to circumvent horsepower restrictions), resulting in smooth power delivery up to high RPMs.
  • Stage 2 — Light tune specification with increased boost, allowing you to enjoy torquey driving from low speeds.
  • Stage 3 — High tune specification with even higher boost, delivering powerful driving across the entire range.

Choose from these three data sets according to your driving stage and desired tuning style. One of the advantages of Flash Pro is that you can use this base data to set up your own vehicle.

Note: Currently, all selectable data is for high-octane fuel. Regular fuel specifications are under development.

Remarks & Cautions

  • ECU Compatibility: If your ECU has already been reprogrammed with another manufacturer's tuning software, installing Flash Pro may cause errors. Please be sure to revert your ECU to its original state before use.
  • Fuel Requirement: Data for regular gasoline is currently under development. If you select the high-octane fuel data, do not use regular gasoline, as this may cause engine damage.

Package arrived promptly and the new B pipe was well protected in bubble wrap inside the factory spoon packaging. The first thing i noticed was the quality of the welds, then the serialised Spoon plaque, and the genuine honda gasket and spring bolt kit which is included. Fitment was straight forward with the right tools, and the spoon piece aligned perfectly with the standard cat and Spoon N1 backbox. The noise i would describe as OEM++. No drone at motorway speeds but in the vtec band it has that raspy race note. Perfect for around town but still fun in the higher rev range when you want to hear your Honda scream.

I rate it 5/5 and would recommend as a replacement for those sadly corroding factory B pipes.

Spoon brake calipers for my EK9

Always wanted to do this modification and now I got the chance as I got some discount. Fitted the new spoon calipers with my friend. Not a direct fit as it says. You have to cut the back plate. Plus if you have standard brake lines. You have to bolt the caliper first then the brake line. If you have standard brake pads. The back one has to have the lugs shaved down. If you have the tools it's easy enough. Took around 3-4hours to fit and bleed. What a transformation though to the feel of the braking. I would recommend these to anyone thinking about it. But take note you will need something to cut and shave metal.
