As standard, the Honda Stepwgn RK5's central media display is considerably larger than a standard UK double DIN. This means that, when converting a Japanese region specific head unit into a UK/English speaking unit, you also need to convert over the surround to one correctly sized.

Thankfully, this Honda-made item is the perfect answer. Directly replacing the standard oversized headunit trim piece, this item is double DIN sized and fits perfectly, as you'd expect from anything made by Honda.
