This adapter harness kit lets you fit a Haltech Nexus S3 ECU straight into your Honda S2000 AP1 wiring loom, without cutting or splicing the factory harness.
The Nexus S3 succeeds the Elite 2500 and carries over its full feature set with the added processing power of the Nexus platform. It has 8 peak/hold injector drivers and 8 low current ignition outputs, both of which double as low side drive outputs, plus 6 dedicated low side drive outputs with PWM capability. Four push-pull/half bridge outputs (8A, PWM capable) cover electronic throttle duties, alongside a single ECR output. Eleven 0-5V analog inputs give redundancy for the throttle and a switchable 5V pullup, and the trigger and home inputs use differential inputs with adjustable thresholds and glitch filters. Six synchronous pulsed inputs read cam sensors, frequency inputs or further 0-5V analog signals. The ECU carries an onboard wideband controller for NTK and LSU 4.9 sensors, a 4 bar MAP sensor, two CAN ports with switchable termination, and onboard logging of up to 300 channels at sample rates to 1kHz with 128MB of internal memory. This kit suits Plug 'n' Play replacement of the factory ECU on Honda S2000 AP1 (00-04) and AP2 (05), non-DBW applications only.
