Haltech Nexus R5 VCU + Universal V8 Terminated Harness

The Haltech Nexus R5 VCU + Universal V8 Terminated Harness (HT-195400) pairs Haltech's flagship Vehicle Control Unit with a terminated engine harness built for big block and small block V8 conversions, so you connect the main loom without building one from scratch.

The Nexus R5 provides 4 x 25A continuous push-pull PWM outputs (5kHz, for injectors, coils, transbrake, thermofan or fuel pump), 12 x 8A continuous high side outputs (200Hz PWM), 18 x peak/hold injector drivers, 12 x low current ignition outputs, 8 x low side PWM-capable DPOs and 4 x push-pull/h-bridge outputs (8A, PWM capable) for electronic throttle. It reads 23 x 0-5V analog inputs with redundancy and switchable 5V pullup, differential trigger and home inputs with adjustable thresholds and glitch filters, and 10 x synchronous pulsed inputs. Two onboard wideband controllers support NTK and LSU 4.9 sensors, three CAN ports offer switchable termination, and onboard logging captures up to 300 channels at rates up to 1ms (1kHz) with 512MB of internal memory. The terminated engine harness connects to the Nexus R5 VCU and supports most popular big block and small block V8 engines from GM, Ford and Chrysler, though it needs separate injection, ignition and alternator sub-harnesses, sold separately.
