Haltech Nexus R5 + Universal Wire-in Harness Kit - 5m (16)

The Haltech Nexus R5 + Universal Wire-in Harness Kit (HT-195201) pairs Haltech's flagship Vehicle Control Unit with a full length wire-in harness, ideal for dedicated race cars, engine swaps and custom wiring jobs. It combines a power distribution module, data logger, dual channel wideband controller and engine management system in a single unit that you wire into your car.

The Nexus R5 provides 4 x 25A continuous push-pull PWM outputs (5kHz, for injectors, coils, transbrake, thermofan or fuel pump), 12 x 8A continuous high side outputs (200Hz PWM, for sensors and NOS solenoids), 18 x peak/hold injector drivers that double as low side outputs, 12 x low current ignition outputs, 8 x low side PWM-capable DPOs and 4 x push-pull/h-bridge outputs (8A, PWM capable) for electronic throttle. It reads 23 x 0-5V analog inputs with redundancy and switchable 5V pullup, differential trigger and home inputs with adjustable thresholds and glitch filters, and 10 x synchronous pulsed inputs for cam sensors, frequency signals or 0-5V analog use. Two onboard wideband controllers support NTK and LSU 4.9 sensors, three CAN ports offer switchable termination, and onboard logging captures up to 300 channels at rates up to 1ms (1kHz) with 512MB of internal memory. The 5m (16ft) Universal Wire-in Harness terminates at the ECU end and leaves unterminated wires at the other, each colour coded and labelled to match the wiring diagram, so you connect the engine side wire by wire and load your base map when the loom is finished.
