Haltech Nexus R5 + Plug and Pin Set

The Haltech Nexus R5 + Plug and Pin Set (HT-195100) pairs Haltech's flagship Nexus R5 Vehicle Control Unit with a plug and pin set for converting an existing loom to suit Nexus R5 applications.

The R5 VCU combines the functionality of a power distribution module, a data logger, a dual channel wideband controller and a state-of-the-art engine management system. It provides 4 x 25A continuous push-pull PWM capable (5 kHz) outputs for injectors, coils, transbrake, thermofan or fuel pump, 12 x 8A continuous high side outputs (low speed PWM, 200 Hz) for sensors and NOS solenoids, 18 x peak/hold injector drivers usable as low side drive outputs, 12 x low current ignition outputs usable as low side drive outputs, 8 x low side drive outputs (PWM capable DPOs), and 4 x push-pull/h-bridge outputs (8A, PWM capable) for electronic throttle. It carries 23 x 0-5V analog inputs with redundancy and switchable 5V pullup, trigger and home inputs with differential inputs, adjustable thresholds and glitch filters, and 10 x synchronous pulsed inputs for cam sensors, frequency inputs or 0-5V analog inputs. It includes 2 onboard wideband controllers supporting NTK and LSU 4.9, 3 CAN ports with switchable termination, and onboard data logging of up to 300 channels at sample rates up to 1ms (1kHz) with 512MB of internal memory. The plug and pin set suits the Nexus R5 and is used for converting an existing loom, comprising plug and pins only for a Male Deutsch DTP-06-4S black connector (25 Amp), a Superseal connector, and a 34 pin (Key 1) plug and pins.
