Haltech Nexus R3 VCU + Plug and Pin Set

The Haltech Nexus R3 VCU + Plug and Pin Set (HT-193100) pairs the Nexus R3 Vehicle Control Unit with a plug and pin set for building or converting a loom to suit Nexus R3 applications.

The R3 VCU combines the functionality of a power distribution module, a data logger, a wideband controller and a state-of-the-art engine management system. It provides 4 x 25A continuous push-pull PWM capable (5 kHz) outputs for injectors, coils, transbrake, thermofan or fuel pump, 8 x peak/hold injector drivers usable as low side drive outputs, 8 x low current ignition outputs usable as low side drive outputs, 6 x low side drive outputs (PWM capable DPOs), and 6 x push-pull/h-bridge outputs (8A, PWM capable) for electronic throttle. It carries 11 x 0-5V analog inputs with redundancy and switchable 5V pullup, trigger and home inputs with differential inputs, adjustable thresholds and glitch filters, and 6 x synchronous pulsed inputs for cam sensors, frequency inputs or 0-5V analog inputs. It includes 1 onboard wideband controller supporting NTK and LSU 4.9, 1 onboard 4 bar MAP sensor, 2 CAN ports with switchable termination, and onboard data logging of up to 300 channels at sample rates up to 1ms (1kHz) with 128MB of internal memory. The plug and pin set suits Haltech Nexus products using the Key 2 / 34 position connector, and comprises plug and pins only, a Male Deutsch DTP-06-4S black connector (25 Amp), a Superseal connector, and a 34 pin (Key 1) plug and pins.
