  • Description

The Haltech Nexus R5 LSx DBW Terminated Harness (HT-186205) wires an LSx engine with drive-by-wire throttle into a Nexus R5 VCU and builds in PDM functionality.

It carries EV6 primary injector plugs and plugs straight into the OEM ignition sub-harness on the engine, which you must fit separately. The harness comes pre-wired to connect directly to the OEM 7 pin coil harness connector, and suits vehicles with GM LSx engines and DBW throttle that need a full rewire with PDM functionality.

  • Built-in PDM functionality for an LSx DBW rewire

  • Pre-wired for the OEM 7 pin coil harness connector
  • Includes a full set of DTM/DT, DTP-2 and DT-8 connectors for auxiliary wiring

  • 1 x HT-186205 terminated harness
  • 1 x pack of DTM/DT connectors and pins for sensors, solenoids and other devices
  • 2 x DTP-2 connectors with pre-crimped 12AWG wires for fuel pump and thermofan
  • 1 x DT-8 connector with pre-crimped 18AWG wires
  • 1 x 2 pin Bosch alternator adapter harness
  • 1 x 2 pin Yazaki alternator adapter harness
  • 1 x 4 pin Delco alternator adapter harness

Suits:

  • Vehicles with GM LSx engines and DBW throttle needing a vehicle rewire with PDM functionality, pre-wired to connect directly to the OEM 7 pin coil harness connector

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
