The Haltech Bosch 145 PSI Fluid Pressure and Temperature Sensor, part number HT-010920, gives your ECU a combined pressure and temperature reading from a single fitting, suitable for diesel, petrol, E85, engine oil or transmission oil.
Maximum permissible overpressure is 2000 kPa (20 bar). Build the surrounding system so pressure peaks never exceed this figure, and pay attention to cavitation and dynamic pressure shocks, with extra care on water or coolant circuits, which are more prone to cavitation than other fluids. Install to a torque of 37.5 �� 2.5 Nm, with the orifice pointing downwards, between 0 and 45�� from vertical. Supply voltage is 5.0 �� 0.25 V. The sensor covers a pressure range of 0 to 145 PSI and a temperature range of -40 to 140��C, and comes with an adaptor to convert its M10 x 1.0 thread to 1/8 NPT.
