The Haltech 1/4" stainless steel weld-on base, part number HT-010811, gives you a permanent mounting point for a thermocouple probe on an exhaust, manifold or pipe.

You weld the base onto the pipework in a 1/4" thread size. Stainless steel construction stands up to exhaust heat and resists corrosion. This listing covers the base only, add a weld-on kit or compression fitting kit if you need the matching nut and ferrule.

Fitted on a NC3 MX5, not as heavy as metal but hefty enough and solid. It also amplify the aliveness(vibration) from mx5 gearbox due to increased length, which I like.

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than

Gorgeous set of wheels, definitely lighter than the stock sti wheels. Only thing I regret is not checking the concave properly. I thought the concave would be proportional to the offset however there are set concaves 1 to 5 , ones I’ve found of this wheel spec can be up to a C-3. Non the less this wheel as C-2 still looks awesome.
