Exedy develop and manufacture both replacement and performance clutch kits for a huge variety of vehicles, and in some cases even manufacture the OEM components. Their kits represent the absolute best of clutches currently on the market.

The Exedy 'pink box' sports clutch kits are some of the best aftermarket sport clutch kits on the market. Carrying their same OE trusted level of quality as the replacement kits, they're available in a wide variety of 'Stages', allowing owners to select a kit that best suits their vehicles individual requirements.

Designed for lightly modified vehicles, the Stage 1 Organic clutch incorporates friction material with high heat-resistance properties and high strength fibres making it an ideal clutch for road, circuit or drifting.

Some stage 1 kits are available with a 6 spring disc. These kits are better suited to track days or motorsport use, whereas the standard 4 spring disc version is better suited to road use as they deliver smooth engagement and disengagement.

The boss kit gets 5 stars purely for coming with a torx key and a little leverage bar for it, top tier thinking that. Boss was quite delayed however I was immediately informed of this and continuously updated until it was delivered so it was no issue for me.

Package arrived promptly and the new B pipe was well protected in bubble wrap inside the factory spoon packaging. The first thing i noticed was the quality of the welds, then the serialised Spoon plaque, and the genuine honda gasket and spring bolt kit which is included. Fitment was straight forward with the right tools, and the spoon piece aligned perfectly with the standard cat and Spoon N1 backbox. The noise i would describe as OEM++. No drone at motorway speeds but in the vtec band it has that raspy race note. Perfect for around town but still fun in the higher rev range when you want to hear your Honda scream.

I rate it 5/5 and would recommend as a replacement for those sadly corroding factory B pipes.
