The Eventuri Mercedes GLC63S Carbon Intake System is the result of extensive research and development, engineered to optimize airflow, minimize intake temperatures, and maximize performance in the Mercedes GLC63S AMG platform. Unlike conventional open-cone filters, the Eventuri system utilizes a unique design that leverages the Venturi effect, maintaining laminar flow conditions to significantly reduce drag on the turbochargers. This sophisticated approach ensures a smoother path from the high-flow bespoke panel filters to the turbo inlet tube, allowing the turbo to operate with reduced friction and increased efficiency.
Each intake system consists of meticulously fabricated components, including two carbon fiber airbox lids with turbo inlet transitions and two carbon fiber airbox bases with inlet duct transitions. Precision is paramount, which is why the system incorporates CNC-machined stainless steel inlet flanges and CNC-machined aluminum filter flanges for an exact and secure fitment. The final design achieves superior flow rates compared to the stock airbox, setting a new benchmark for intake design on the GLC63S AMG.
