The biggest feature of this "FULL monoblock caliper" is its capless design, which was developed without compromise in terms of structure, performance, and durability.
The capless full mono body is manufactured using an "angle head processing machine". This method makes it possible to reduce the number of rubber parts, which reduces fluid loss and allows for the design of a highly rigid and lightweight caliper. The use of pad springs reduces rattle noise, and the use of ultra-thin pistons and large-diameter dust boots meets the required specifications for both street and circuit use.
Since the S660's standard brake discs are solid discs, even if it is a light car with a light weight, excessive brake temperature rise during sports driving is unavoidable. Therefore, we have newly developed a dedicated ventilated disc to fully utilize the performance of the S660 FULL monocoque caliper. By adopting a disc diameter of 260Φ, a thickness of 17mm, and an ideal ventilator, we have succeeded in significantly improving the brake cooling efficiency during sports driving and maintaining a stable brake feel.
The front brake pads are specially designed for full monocoques, use friction materials that are suitable for both street and circuit use, and come with special shims.

The following three parts are required to install on the S660.
- Brake Rotor (Front) - 45251-JW5-000 (Required quantity: 2 pieces!)
- Brake Pad (Front) - 45022-MJW-000
- Brake Hose Set - 01460-JW5-000
Wheel Clearance
The Monoblock caliper is considerably 'thicker' than the standard sliding caliper. As such, once installed it is not possible to fit the factory S660 wheels. We have confirmed the SW388 15x6.5 ET45 wheel will clear.
