Select a category from the list at the right hand side of the shop page. Choose a product from the main window. Once you have decided on a product, click on the 'BUY' button next to the image of the product to add your selection to your shopping cart. You will be taken to the shopping cart page so you can review what it is you have decided to buy. From here you can continue to shop by clicking on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button, or you can check out by clicking on the 'CHECKOUT' button.

Once you have clicked the checkout button you will be taken to a page where you login to your account. Once logged in you are taken to a page where you can review your order and edit your address if necessary. The final page of the ordering process on the Torque GT website gives you the option to leave any extra comments. Once you click CONTINUE you will be taken off site to the PayPal secure payment page. You can pay using all major credit or debit cards or by using a PayPal account. Once you have made your payment at the PayPal page you will be redirected back to the Torque GT website and you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase.

The Torque GT Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop so you never have to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100 percent safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us.

Orders place by 2pm Monday to Thursday are usually despatched the same day and delivered the next. To cover ourselves however we do say 3-5 days. Please note orders made past 2pm Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
If your order has been misplaced in transit by the courier, we will, once loss is confirmed, send you a new product straight away. We want you to be confident when you place an order it will arrive trouble free and fast!

Items are sent using first class recorded post or a 24 hour courier. Please note models ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday. In some rare cases Royal Mail or couriers can be delayed by a day or so but we have found in well over 95% of deliveries they will deliver on time. Please note that during busy periods (like Christmas) some items may take a day or so longer.

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may do so. The packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. All Damages, cancellations and returns must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hours). You will be liable for the postal charges to get the item back to us
